James' 4th Birthday

Jamie decided he wanted a boat theme for his party, which is just as well because we couldn't think of doing much more than a low key party at our local Forty Baskets Beach.

As usual Flick whipped up a fabulous cake - a tug boat, plus lolly cake, chocolate crackles and other favorites. We loaded up the wheel barrow and headed down. I had arranged to borrow a dinghy from the marina (which I rowed around) and friends brought their canoe. So we had a super time with the dozen or so kids providing boat rides around the swimming enclosure.
