We were thrilled to have our good friends Jamie & Corinne with daughters Amelia & baby Georgia visit us on their way from their home in Canada to visit James' family & friends in NZ. While only a fleeting two days, the good news is that they're with us again in February on their way home - perhaps we'll have some real summer weather for them by then!
Despite the jet lag we managed to get Jamie out for a fantastic twilight sail (thanks Jim) and all enjoyed a bike ride to Manly for a brief orientation followed by waffles and hot chocolate at locals' haunt Barefoot. Then it was off to the beach for steamed fish with vegetables (and sausages for the kids) on the barbecue.
